Christopher Kane "Monkies" around with Unisex T-Shirts
April 01, 2009
This season, Christopher Kane has launched a line of unisex t-shirts incorporating the hugely popular monkey print from the SS09 collection. Made from “silk washed jersey the t-shirts have a worn in, pre-loved look. There are four prints available; the gorilla, the chimp, the mandrille and the baboon.
While they are not available in Ireland, you can pick them up online at Net-a-Porter, Luisa Via Roma and My Wardrobe. At €240 each for a t-shirt, it’s not cheap but it is also something you’ll wear loads, I will anyway. Perfect with skinny jeans and long enough for leggings, a cool way to rough up a printed mini, ideal for denim cut-offs, tucked into harem pants, with boyfriend jeans-the possibilities are endless!
